水翼式叶轮搅拌器在机械絮凝池中的应用

The hydrofoil blade mixer is extremely suitable for the vertical shaft mechanical flocculation tank to be the flocculation mixer, and its flocculating effect is as effective as traditional paddle mixer. Based on the introduction of flocculation mixer parameters, the selection of design type of hydrofoil tank mixer was discussed, the computation and calculating process of flow coefficient method were demonstrated, some problems in design were analyzed, and two typical application examples were introduced.%水翼式(hydrofoil)叶轮搅拌器非常适合于竖直轴机械絮凝池中作为絮凝搅拌器使用,并且与传统的桨板式叶轮搅拌器絮凝效果一样.在介绍搅拌器重要参数的基础上,对水翼式叶轮搅拌器的设计选型进行了探讨,阐述了流量系数法的计算方法和过程,深入剖析了设计中要注意的一些问题,并给出了两个典型的应用实例.
