基于模糊分级的节水型社会评价研究

         

摘要

We propo sed the fuzzy comprehensive assessment model based on the level indexes, according to the water-saving society assessment model and the engineering fuzzy sets theory raised by the professor Chen shouyu. Taking the Shanxi Province as an example, we obtained development level of the water-saving society by the fuzzy assessment model, in view of the various evaluation indicators level proposed the corresponding water-saving construction scheme, the proposed construction of the corresponding water-saving facilities to improve regional humanistic ecological environment, to form new water-saving ideas, to further promote the development of water-saving society construction.%根据陈守煜教授提出的工程模糊集基本理论,并结合节水型社会评价基本模型,建立基于分级指标的模糊综合评价模型。以山西省为例,通过模糊评价得到该地区的节水型社会发展水平,针对各指标的评价水平提出与之相适应的节水建设方案,建议建设相应的节水设施以改善地区人文生态环境,形成全新的节水理念,进一步促进节水型社会建设的发展。
