光伏发电项目施工期水土保持措施布设的探讨

         

摘要

China is the largest coal mining and energy consumption country in the world, and energy was supplied mostly by coal. The mining, transportation and burning of coal has caused great destruction on China's environment ,the urgent need is finding new alternative energy. Solar energy is clean and pollution-free, and it can promote economic development and do not produce serious environmental problems at the same time. In the meantime,layout of soil and water conservation measures of photovoltaic engineering were evaluated, analyzed and discussed by many experts and scholars. In this paper, we analyzed the large floor space in photovoltaic area of the solar photovoltaic power generation project ,the soil erosion and destruction of the ecological environment in the construction process. The main measures for the layout of soil and water conservation measures in the process of construction are discussed.%我国目前是世界上最大的煤炭开采和消费国,能源大部分由煤炭供给,煤炭大量开采、运输和燃烧,对我国的环境造成了极大破坏,急需寻找新的替代能源。太阳能具有清洁无污染的特点,在促进经济发展的同时,不会产生严重的环境问题。不少专家和学者对光伏工程的水土保持措施的布设进行了评价、分析和探讨,该文仅针对在太阳能光伏发电工程中光伏区占地面积大,施工建设过程中容易造成水土流失、破坏生态环境等特点进行分析,对施工建设过程中的水土保持措施布设措施进行探讨。
