基于LCA理论的抽水蓄能系统全生命周期评价

         

摘要

抽水蓄能电站在电网中一般承担着调峰调频的作用,介于系统“抽4度、发3度”的特殊运行方式,其生命周期评价无法类似于常规电站一般进行.针对这一问题,基于全生命周期理论,采用过程链输入一输出相结合的方法,以湖北省内某一抽水蓄能电站为研究对象,建立完整性生命周期清单,采用能量等效替代法衡量系统产出,并对其从资源、环境两个方面进行评价.结果表明,抽水蓄能系统不仅能有效节约能源,对于温室气体减排也具有较好的作用.%Pumped-storage power stations generally play a role of peak and frequency modulation in power grid.Due to the special operation mode of “Pumping with four unit power will generating three unit power”,its life cycle assessment can't be conducted like conventional power stations.In order to solve this problem,taking a pumped-storage power station in Hubei Province as research object and using the method of process chain input-output,a complete life cycle inventory is established,the output of station is quantified with energy transformation and the station is assessed from two aspects of resource and environment based on the theory of LCA.The results show that the pumped storage system can not only effectively save energy,but also play a good role in greenhouse gas emission reduction.
