The role-taking method on specific post is suitable for higher vocational education, which can be widely applied and have obtained certain teaching effect. But because of the immature of Higher Vocational Students’career maturity and other reasons, there are also some problems during the implementation process. According to the teaching practice and reform, a series of countermeasures are proposed to solve these problems. Then the role-shared implementation and the role-mapped processing evaluation based on career maturity are proposed to improve the corresponding method.%岗位角色代入法作为一种适合于高职教育的教学方法,能够广泛应用并取得了一定的教学效果。但由于高职学生职业成熟度的不完善等原因,在实施过程中也出现了一些问题。根据教学实践与改革,针对这些问题,提出以职业成熟度为依据的角色分享实施过程和基于角色意愿的行程式评价过程。
