校企合作中,政府支持的缺失、企业利益未得到保证、高校缺乏主动意识和合作能力、校企合作停留于表层等因素,使企业动力不足。以广东省江门市的五邑大学为例,以应用型本科院校人才培养模式创新实践为视角,从学科专业布局对企业的支撑力、协同育人顶层设计对企业的吸引力、灵活运行机制对企业的助推力、互利共赢原则对企业的保障力、校园文化对企业的渗透力五个方面探讨校企协同育人中激发企业积极性的动力因素,并提出相关建议。%In the university-enterprise cooperation, series of problems make the enterprise out of steam, such as the lack of government support, the unguaranteed corporate interests, the lack of initiative consciousness and the cooperative ability, and university-enterprise cooperation on the surface. Taking Wuyi University of Jiangmen city of Guangdong province as an example, from the perspective of the innovation practice of talents training mode applied undergraduate colleges and universities, this paper analyzed the dynamic factors stimulating enterprises to actively participate in university-enterprise cooperation from five aspects of the support of disciplines layout to enterprise, the attraction of the top design of cooperative education to enterprises, the thrust of flexible operation mechanism to enterprises, the guarantee of principle of mutual benefit to enterprises and the permeability of campus culture to enterprises, and put forward related suggestions.
