以企业为主导的第三方职业教育质量评价体系构建

         

摘要

Gradually establishing a enterprise-led third party vocational education quality evaluation system, will help match students' knowledge and skills and professional competence of enterprise post, enhance the professional level education institutions, and it is an important breakthrough in the current development of vocational education. According to the process of the formation of the quality of vocational education, it will be divided into pre-evaluation index system, during evaluation, and later follow-evaluate three dimensions, with an emphasis on professional competence and professionalism of such indicators guiding role in the quality of talent cultivation process.%随着职业教育的进一步发展,逐步建立以企业为主导的第三方职业教育质量评价体系,将有利于促进学生知识结构和技能与企业需求的匹配,提升职业院校的教学质量,使职业院校毕业生具备相应的人力资本水平,满足区域经济发展的需要。第三方职业教育质量评价以职业教育在各层次满足社会需要程度为评估对象,由以行业企业为主导的主体组成,由包括事前评估指标、事中评估指标、事后评估指标在内的评估指标体系来评估和反馈职业教育质量水平。
