第三只眼睛看中职学生——上海市中职学生心理健康与发展调查

     

摘要

Survey on the mental health and development of secondary vocational students in Shanghai shows that, the scores of mental health indicators of secondary vocational students in Shanghai including "cognitive development", "emotion management", "behavior control", "social adaptation" and "self-knowledge" are higher than high school students and the reference norm. At the same time, the survey also shows that some problems including the learning pressure, weariness to study, public opinion environment and non-professional disposition of mental health problems have some negative effects on the mental health of secondary vocational students. Therefore, secondary vocational schools should advocate the talent concept of "every profession producing its own topmost master", implement the "diversity" education strategy, boost "the teaching methods of integration of theory and practice", carry through the "situational" education mode and establish the guarantee mechanism for mental health problem prevention and counseling.%上海市中职学生心理健康与发展调查表明,中职学生在"认知发展""情绪情感""行为控制""社会适应""自我意识"等心理健康指标上得分高于参考常模和同年龄段高中学生.同时,调查也发现,学习压力、厌学心理、舆论环境和心理健康非专业化处理等问题仍对中职学生的心理健康造成较大影响.为此,要倡导"行行出状元"的成才观念,推行"尊重差异性"的教育策略,实行"理实一体化"的教学方法,落实"情境体验型"的育人模式,建立重在预防和疏导的保障机制.
