采用问卷调查与个别访谈方式,对浙江省全省45所高职院校自我评估制度建设进行调查研究.结果显示,浙江省高职院校普遍重视对二级教学单位教学工作的考核评价和质量管理,但评价形式仍以目标管理为主.自我评估的标准化、专业化、系统化程度有待提高.%Research on self-evaluation system is of great significance for higher vocational colleges. In order to build a diversified evaluation mode, the author combined the questionnaire survey and individual interview, investigated 45 higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang province and compared their different self-evaluation systems. In Zhejiang province, most higher vocational colleges attach importance to the teaching quality and management evaluation of second level teaching units, but the evaluation form is limited to target management. Self-evaluation system has much room for improvement, in the aspects of standardization, specialization, and systematization.
