According to the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education, and based on the characteristics of talents training in medical majority, the training mode of medical talents of "2111" is innovated, and students' management is included in the training mode. Three different stages of learning are divided according to the characteristics of the undergraduates, which are the adaptation stage, promotion stage and practice stage.
