高职院校教育科研的现状及问题分析——基于在教育类核心期刊发表成果的视角

         

摘要

对2014年1月至2016年6月高职院校教师发表于中国社会科学引文索引(CSSCI)期刊与北大核心期刊上的1911篇教育科研文章进行统计分析,发现普通教师和有领导职务者存在显著差异,有高级职称者和无高级职称者存在显著差异.而且,高职院校教育科研论文较多涉及抽象或宏观主题,较少关注具体或微观主题,朝着"高大上"方向扎堆现象的背后可能是科研目标功利化倾向,也反映了科研资源效益不高和分配的公平性问题.因此,高职院校教师晋升职称以核心期刊发表文章为必要条件的制度需统筹改进.同时,高职院校教师的教育科研应更注重实证调查研究,更多关注解决高职院校发展和学生能力提升等现实问题.%Based on the statistical analysis of 1911 educational scientific research articles published by teachers from higher vocational colleges in Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index (CSSCI) and the Core Journal of Beijing University. It finds preliminarily that there are significant differences between ordinary teachers and leaders as well as teachers with senior title and those not having such titles. Furthermore, these educational scientific research articles of higher vocational colleges are related to more abstract or macro themes rather than specific or micro themes. The phenomenon of getting together towards the direction of "high-end, magnificent and classy" may be the result of utilitarian tendency of scientific research goals, and also reflects the low efficiency of scientific research resources. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the institution that considering publishing articles in the core journals is essential for teachers' professional titles promotion in higher vocational colleges. What's more, the educational scientific research of higher vocational colleges should pay more attention to empirical research, and concern more about practical problems, such as the development of higher vocational colleges and the improvement of their students' abilities.
