离心压气机叶轮顶切的数值研究

         

摘要

By the numerical simulation, the influence of impeller trimming on compressor performance was researched and the corresponding flow mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the trimming makes compressor performance slightly low, but takes the performance curves near to the low flow in whole. Accordingly, the trimming of impeller is a simple and efficient way that can meet the requirements of turbocharging matching for small-displacement engine, which provides the reference for realizing the compressor product seriation with trimming method.%通过数值模拟方法研究了叶轮顶切程度对压气机性能影响的规律,并进行了相应的流动机理分析.研究表明,叶轮顶切后虽然压气机整体性能略有降低,但可以使性能曲线整体向小流量方向偏移,是一种不需重新设计就可以满足小排量发动机增压匹配要求的简单有效的方法,为采用叶轮顶切方法实现压气机产品系列化提供了依据.
