培训指标量化检查纵横结合——衡供“立体式”培训工作对标管理创新实践

         

摘要

By using the work ethic of "Horizontal Benchmarking", the author introduces training focus into the index system, and carries out training by using indicator system. The company issued the Benchmarking Management Method of the Training Work which included two sets of indicators, "Horizontal Benchmarking" Index System of Training Work in Work Area and "Horizontal Benchmarking" Index System of Team Training Work, achieved the quantitative management of work area and team training management, and enhanced the overall level of training.%应用“同业对标”的工作理念,将培训重点工作纳入指标体系,利用指标体系开展培训工作对标.我公司出台了《培训工作对标管理办法》,办法中规定了《工区培训工作“同业对标”指标体系》和《班组培训工作“同业对标”指标体系》两套指标,实现了工区、班组培训管理工作量化管理,促进了培训工作整体水平的提升.
