基于灰色方法的武器装备采办项目组织结构类型选择研究

依据装备采办项目组织结构特点,构建了采办项目组织结构评价指标体系和基于层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)与灰色方法相结合的武器装备采办组织结构类型评价模型；计算出各项目组织结构类型的成熟度的隶属值,得出矩阵型装备采办项目结构是最好的结果.%According to the characteristic of equipment procurement project organization structure, the article builds evaluation indexes and evaluation model based on the AHP and grey method. Then the maturity of three types of organization structure is calculated. Finally, the point is that matrix type organization is excellent in some aspects and matrix type organization can be fit for equipment acquisition work. The best organization structure of equipment procurement project is selected and will be used in the design of equipment procurement project.
