建设项目投资决策阶段的造价与风险控制措施

摘要

决策阶段是建设项目工程造价的重点环节,项目决策的科学与否直接影响了工程造价的高低,决定了项目实施后经济效益的大小.针对这一点,本文重点分析了建设项目投资决策阶段的造价与风险控制的有效方法.%Decision-making phase is the key links of engineering cost of construction projects, and it directly influences the engineering cost, and determines economic benefit after implementing projects. For this, measures of risk control and cost control of construction projects in investment decision-making phase were mainly analyzed in this paper.
