复方生脉饮对人体抗疲劳作用研究

摘要

结合运动训练,就复方生脉饮对人体的抗疲劳作用进行了研究,实验观察到复方生脉饮具有以下功能:①降低递增负荷运动后5min-10min时的血乳酸水平；②提高10S平均无氧功率；③提高了机体血睾酮水平；④提高血清LgG水平.%The paper studies effects of Fufang Shenmai Yin on anti-fatigue for human body during sports training. Results show that it can ① reduce the blood lactic acid concentration at 5 minute to 10 minute after incremental exercise, ②increase 10 second mean anaerobic power, ③enhance the level of serum testosterone, ④ increase the serum LgG level.
