对新形势下高校辅导员队伍激励机制的思考

         

摘要

College counselors are the backbone engaged in moral, ideological and politieal education, is the guide and instructor of the healthy development of students, but also an important part of university teachers team and the management team. This paper analyzes the main issues about incentives of college counselors under the new situation, puts forward we should further improve incentives of college counselors from planning well career of counselors, increasing the opportunity of development of counselors, defining job responsibilities of counselors, improving their career reputation,improving and perfecting evaluation mechanism, mobilizing their enthusiasm, strengthening the training of counselors and improving their human capital.%高校辅导员是从事德育工作、开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,也是高校教师和管理队伍的重要组成部分.本文分析了新形势下高校辅导员激励机制中存在的主要问题,提出了从做好辅导员职业生涯规划,畅通辅导员发展出口,明确辅导员岗位职责,提高辅导员职业声望、完善和健全辅导员考评机制,调动辅导员工作积极性,加强对辅导员的培训,提升其人力资本四方面进一步完善辅导员激励机制.
