随着社会主义市场经济体系的建立,合理准确的工程造价对社会和业主有着至关重要的作用.本文通过阐述建筑工程造价的现状,对建筑工程造价管理的分析,进而提出解决和控制的方法,保证建筑工程管理的合理性和科学性.%With the establishment of economic system in socialist market, reasonable and accurate project cost has a vital role for society and owners. This paper describes the status of construction cost analyzes the construction cost management and then proposes solutions and control methods,to ensure the rational and scientific construction project management.
