With the extensive use of the situ concrete slab in housing construction, it brings convenience to the builders, and also brings troubling cracks in the structure in housing construction. Cracks in the floor structure not only affect the daily lives of residents, but also affect the service life of housing, and also bring some security risks. How to solve the crack problem has become hot issues of resident. This article discussed the structural cracks issues in floor, and analyzed the eanses according to the existing research, and proposed the related technical measures.%随着房建当中现浇板的大量运用,在带给建设者便利的同时也带来了令人头疼的房建结构裂缝问题.楼板结构裂缝不仅影响着住户的日常生活,也影响着房屋的使用寿命,并且也带来了一些安全隐患,如何解决房建结构楼板裂缝问题成为住户关心的热点问题.本文主要针对结构楼板裂缝问题展开论述,在现有研究资料的接触分析裂缝产生的主要原因,提出解决楼板裂缝问题相应技术措施.
