激励是指激发员工的工作动机,使员工努力去完成组织的任务,进而实现组织的目标.本文通过对建筑工程公司员工工作特点和问题的分析,指出在建筑工程公司加强员工激励的重要性,进而对如何激励建筑工程公司员工提出建议.%Incentive refers to motivating the work motivation for employees, making employees work hard to fulfill its mission, thus achieves organizational goals.
