SECI螺旋的知识量和知识水平研究

摘要

Based on in-depth study and analysis of Nonaka's research results, this study gives the opinion that SECI spiral's radius represents forknowledge quantity and height represents for knowledge level; then analyzes the evolution of knowledge quantity and level in S-E-C-I four processes and reaches the result that in socialization and internalization knowledge quantity increases, in externalization knowledge level increases and both quantity and level increase in combination.At the same time, this study reaches the relationship between knowledge quantity and knowledge level%通过深入学习和分析野中等学者的研究成果,本文提出SECI螺旋半径表示知识量,高度表示知识水平的观点.在此基础上,本文时SECI"四化"过程中知识量和知识水平各自的变化情况进行了详细的探讨,得到社会化和内在化过程实现知识量的增加,外在化过程实现知识水平的提高,组合化过程既有知识量的增加又有知识水平的提高的结论,同时指出了知识量和知识水平之间的相互关系.
