基于校企合作的软件服务外包人才培养模式研究

Based on the analysis of personnel status of China's software outsourcing industry, the paper indicates that university personnel training need to seize opportunities and need the professional bold innovation. Through establishing the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation two-way teaching, the paper explores the road of training undergraduate-level applied talents for the software outsourcing industry.%本文通过分析我国软件外包行业的人才现状,指出高校人才培养需要抓住机遇,在专业上大胆改革创新.通过校企合作双向教学培养模式的建立,探索一条培养软件外包行业本科层次适用型人才的道路.
