企业负债经营及风险的探析

摘要

负债是企业所承担的能以货币计量、在未来将以资产或劳务偿付的经济责任.负债可以增加企业的经济实力,但是也增大了企业的风险,本文就负债经营的优缺点进行论述,提出减少负债经营的风险,扩大其效益的建议.%Liability is economic responsibility that the enterprise undertakes measurable money, and in the future will pay back with assets or services. Liability can increase the enterprise's economic strength, but also increases the risks of an enterprise. This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of indebted operation, are puts forward suggestions on decreasing the risk of indebted operation and expanding benefit.
