建筑企业库存管理文献综述

摘要

建筑企业在施工过程中需要使用大量的原材料,而这些原材料都涉及到库存管理.因此建筑物资的库存管理是建筑企业管理工作的重要组成部分.通过对国内外有关建筑企业库存管理的文献分析,总结了建筑企业库存管理在目前的主要方式,揭示其库存管理的发展趋势.%Construction enterprises need to use a large number of materials in construction process, and the materials are involved inventory management. Accordingly, inventory management of the construction material is an important component in construction enterprise management. The paper analyzes the domestic and international literature of construction enterprise inventory management, and summarizes the present main ways in construction enterprise inventory management, and reveals development trend of its inventory management.
