促进铁路行业职业资格证书制度体系建设,保障就业准入制度的健康发展.方法:我国铁路行业现行职业资格证书制度同技术发达国家职业资格证书制度进行对比.结果:概述了铁路行业现行职业资格证书制度体系主要做法及存在问题.结论:提出完善我国铁路行业职业资格证书制度体系的设想.%This article aims to help improve the systematic construction of railway professional qualification as to ensure the positive development of employment policy.It analyzes the main ways of systemizing the present railway professional qualification policy and the problems existing in the Policy by contrasting our railway professional qualification policy and that of the technology-advanced countries.The article concludes with some new ideas to improve our railway professional qualification system.
