大学生'村官'进口与培训机制探析

摘要

村官政策实行以来,取得了很大的成效,但也面临着很多问题.有部分大学生"村官"难以适应农村工作.因此,我们在大学生"村官"的选拔及培养工作上应格外慎重.本文从进口及培训这两方面工作出发,分别提出了相应的对策.%Since the countryside officials policy putting into practice, it obtained big effect, but it existed many problems. Many college student countryside officials can't adapt the country work. The thesis proposed corresponding suggestions from all links such as the college culture, selecting,training, excitation and the quit system.
