In order to cope with the economic crisis, many countries and regions have issued protectionist measures, which not only do not activate the world's economic growth, but also will hinder the recovery of world economy. In the condition of high integration of world economy, only strengthening the cooperation and dialogue of the world can reduce the trade barriers, gradually go out the crisis, and promote economic recovery.
