The development of agriculture industrial clusters is the inevitable outcome of agricultural and rural economic development in new stage.Under the condition that China’s market economy system is still not perfect, the government's proper and reasonable regulation and control policy measures can reduce the problems and unnecessary costs caused by the blindness of market, and realize the leap-forward development of agriculture industrial clusters.%农业产业集群的发展,是新阶段农业农村经济发展的必然产物.在我国市场经济体制还不尽完善的情况下,政府的适当调控和合理的政策措施可以减少市场盲目性导致的问题和不必要的代价,实现农业产业集群的跨越式发展.
