通过分析当前农村土地资源日益减少的现状,剖析了其现象产生的原因,同时通过调查徐州市棉布村的土地规划利用对提升村民生活质量产生的影响,探讨了统筹城乡发展背景下农村土地合理规划与利用对村庄发展的意义.认为当前农村只有通过合理征地有偿搬迁、建设集约化住宅区、特色田园区、养殖区和乡镇企业工业园等方式对土地利用进行合理规划,整顿村容村貌,才能真正优化农村人居环境,促进社会主义新农村建设.%Through the analysis of the current situation, the increasing declination of rural land resources, and the investigation about impacts of land management in Mianbu Village in Xuzhou City in the aspect of enhancing the quality of villagers' life, the essay analyzes the cause of this phenomenon and discusses the significance of overall planning of rural land use under the background of coordinated urban and rural development.
