大学生创新性实验计划实施过程管理实践与分析

摘要

Practice teaching is an important part of training student innovation ability. The execution of "Student Innovative Experiment Project" plays important roles in student initiative and creative learning and enhancing of innovative spirit, innovative ability and comprehensive quality. Combining with personnel training goals of life science college of Shihezi University, as well as the professional characteristics of biological science and biological technology, this study discusses management problems in the process of "Student Innovative Experiment Project", and puts forward to some suggestions. This study establishes the reference for effective implementation and long-term management of "Student Innovative Experiment Project".%实践教学是培养学生创新能力的重要组成部分.“大学生创新性实验计划”的实施对于高校本科生的学习主动性和创造性,增强学生的创新精神、创新能力和综合素质具有重要作用.结合石河子大学生命科学学院的人才培养目标,以及生物科学和生物技术专业的特点,对开展“大学生创新性实验计划”管理过程中存在的问题进行了探讨,提出解决的建议,为“大学生创新性实验计划”的有效实施和长效管理建立参考.
