基于团购网站的售后保障问题及对策的研究

         

摘要

当前团购网站数量迅猛增长,然而消费者在团购的过程中,由于团购的一次性特征经常出现商品质量问题却得不到相应的售后保障.本文将从团购网站的运作模式入手,分析团购中可能存在的售后保障问题,结果表明:当前团购网站普遍没有建立售后服务部门,消费者购买商品之后投诉无门,没有售后保障.本文将探讨如何解决团购网站中售后保障的问题,给出对策及建议,促进我国的团购网站良好健康的发展.%The number of group shopping websites is increasing rapidly at present, but due to one-time consumption, the commodity quality problems which consumers meet in group shopping can't be solved after sale. Based on the operation mode of group shopping, the paper analyses the potential problems of after—sale service. The study shows that at present the group shopping websites have not offered after-sale service, and consumers have no way to lodge a complaint, neither do they have guarantees for after—sale service. The paper probes into the solution to the problems of after—sale service guarantee on group shopping websites, and offers some strategies and suggestions to promote the sound development of group shopping websites in our country.
