This experiment studies the strength after adding SiC to aluminate cement in high temperature. The experiment prepares four matching of test blocks, and the addition of SiC is separately 0wt%, 10wt%, 20wt%, and 30wt%. After the required period, it measures the strength at normal temperature and after high—temperature calcination at 800t, 1000t, and 1200t for three hours. The result shows that the optimal addition of SiC is 10%, and the optimal calcination temperature is 1000 ℃ for three hours. Adding right amount of silicon carbide powder can improve the strength of aluminate cement.%本实验是通过向铝酸盐水泥中加入SiC,研究加入SiC后是否能提高铝酸盐水泥高温后的强度.本实验共制备了四种配比(SiC的加入量为0、10、20、30wt%)的试块,通过养护到规定龄期,分别测定其常温强度、高温煅烧(800,1000和1200℃+3小时)后的强度.实验结果表明:SiC的最佳加入量为10%,最佳煅烧温度为1000℃×3h.适量添加碳化硅粉体可以改善铝酸盐水泥的强度.
