模糊层次分析法在经济适用房资格选拔中的应用

摘要

为解决经济适用房选拔机制中无法定量处理申请者资格的问题,引入层次分析法与模糊评价,建立经济适用房中请资格评价系统,量化经济适用房申请者的各项指标权重与评价机制,以改善经济适用房申请选拔的合理性.%System of affordable housing plays a significant role in Chinese housing reform, and makes great contributions to solve the housing problem in China.
