大学生创新能力培养体系的问题与对策探讨——从个人、高校与社会三个维度

摘要

The cultivation and improvement of university students' innovative ability has been an important part of contemporary higher education. This paper discussed the elements of university students' innovative ability and their influence on the innovation activity. From three dimensions of individuals, universities and society, it also analyzed the problems in the cultivating system of university students' innovative ability. Finally suggestions of improving innovative ability are put up from views of serf-cultivating, university training and social guidance.%大学生创新能力的培养与提升是当代高等教育的重要内容之一.本文分析了大学生创新能力的构成要素及其对创新活动的影响作用,从个人、高校与社会等三个维度,讨论了大学生创新能力培养体系中存在的问题,提出了提升大学生创新能力的自我培养、高校培养与社会引导等三方面对策建议.
