院(系)研究生教学秘书是高等院校的基层教学管理人员,研究生教学秘书在教学管理中肩负着重要的职责,起着不可低估的作用.在研究生教学管理中,应努力实现管理和服务的有机统一,加强管理的科学性、规范性和高效率,以促进高校研究生教学管理水平的提高.%Postgraduate teaching education secretary is the primary management of colleges and universities, which shoulders important responsibilities and plays important role in teaching management.
