民办高校体育课教学伤害事故的法律责任问题研究

摘要

近年来在体育课教学中大学生伤害事故时有发生.研究对民办高校体育课事故相适用的法律范畴、法律责任和免责条件进行了分析,笔者认为目前我国民办高校体育课伤害事故的赔偿问题还存在一些缺陷.%In recent years, injury accidents in physical education of college students have occurred. The article makes a research on the law about injury accidents in physical education of private college, such as legal category, legal liability and conditions of non-responsibility. The author thinks that there exist defects in compensation for injury in physical education of private college.
