以人为本探索大学生综合素质培养的思路

摘要

People-oriented ideas of education require taking comprehensive development of college students as the target to promote the all-round development of college students' overall quality. In this paper, combining with educational practice of Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications, the thoughts on training the overall quality of college students were explored from six aspects, I.e. Training students' ideological and political quality, ideological and moral qualities, innovative quality of science and technology, humanity quality, healthy physical and mental qualities and practical ability.%以人为本的教育理念,要求把大学生的全面发展作为目标,促进大学生综合素质的全面发展.本文结合西安邮电学院的教育实践,从培养学生思想政治素质、思想道德素质、科技创新素质、人文素质、健康的身心素质和实践能力等六个方面,探索了大学生综合培养的思路.
