战略视角的施工企业人力成本控制策略探讨

摘要

施工企业有效实施人力成本控制策略,要求从企业战略的视角出发,结合企业发展愿景,制订企业人力成本战略方针并将其落实到企业的施工经营全过程.论文认为,战略视角的施工企业人力成本控制策略对企业获得竞争优势具有主要的作用,这是企业在市场竞争中获得人力资源管理的比较优势,提升企业竞争力的重要保证.%The construction enterprise effectively implements the human cost control strategy, which requests construction enterprise starts from the perspective of enterprise strategy, combines with enterprise development vision, formulates policies of human cost strategy of corporate and implements them in the whole process of construction business of enterprise. This paper believes that human cost control strategy of construction enterprise based on strategic perspective has main effect on gaining competitive advantage for enterprises, and it is comparative advantages of gaining human resource management for enterprises in market competition and the important guarantee to promote competitiveness of enterprises.
