浅谈建筑工程预算管理主要问题及对策

简述预算编制的要求,重点从建筑工程预算管理中存在的主要问题出发,提出了可操作性强的解决策略,对适时调整工程预算定额、实现工程造价动态管理、构建统一的、完善的、高效的、科学的工程预算管理体系有重要的推动作用.%This paper briefly discussed requirements of budgeting, mainly starts from the issues existing in budget management of constructional engineering, proposes workable solution strategies, which has an important role in timely adjustment of project budget quota, achieving dynamic management of project cost, building unified, comprehensive, efficient and scientific project budget management system.
