聚苯乙烯泡沫（EPS）装饰线条施工技术

摘要

EPS moulding is the use of EPS with the cutting, binding, qualitative light, fire prevention, energy conservation and environmental protection features, its advance adopts CNC cutting machines in the factory processed into the required shape, adhesive for bonding at the scene on the grassroots, with hot dip galvanized screw anchor pieces, such as surface enhanced alkali-resistant glass fiber grid cloth, daub plaster mucilage, can replace the traditional concrete and other products of the moulding, had advantages of simple construction, reliable quality, high efficiency, low cost, green environmental protection, etc. This paper expounds the structure level of EPS moulding, construction key points and quality, safety, environmental protection, construction technology and key points of management for the protection of the finished product, is worthy of reference for similar projects, and has wide application prospect.%EPS装饰线条是利用EPS具有的可切割、可粘结、质轻、防火、节能环保等特性，将其预先在工厂采用数控切割机械加工成所需造型，在现场用胶粘剂粘结在基层上，并用热镀锌螺杆等锚固件固定，表面增强耐碱玻纤网格布，涂抹抹面胶浆，能够替代传统的砼及其它制品的装饰线条，具有施工简便、质量可靠、工效较高、造价低廉、绿色环保等特点。本文详细阐述了EPS装饰线条的构造层次、施工要点以及质量、安全、环保、成品保护等施工技术和管理要点，值得同类工程参考、借鉴，具有广泛的推广应用前景。
