污水处理厂升级改造方案的价值分析方法

摘要

污水处理厂升级改造项目往往比新建项目复杂，且技术和资金要求高。借助价值分析方法专业人员可以实现功能和投资效益的有效结合，以提高城镇污水处理厂升级改造项目技术和资金利用的合理性。本文针对污水处理厂升级改造特点，构建了针对性强的价值分析方法体系，可作为改造方案优化的工具。%The wastewater treatment plant upgrading projects are often more complex than new-build projects and a lot of capital and technology are needed. In the upgrading, the rational results in investment and technology can be analyzed employing value analysis. In this paper, an approach based on value analysis for project upgrading was developed combining the feature of wastewater treatment plant to be upgraded.
