师范生教育顶岗实习研究综述

摘要

顶岗实习是近些年来我国地方各高等师范院校广泛开展的一种教育实习模式。这种模式不仅能够很好地服务农村基础教育，而且有利于提高师范生的教学实践水平，同时还能推进高师院校培养模式的改革。许多学者从不同角度对师范生教育顶岗实习进行了研究，本文在这些研究论文和资料的基础上，主要从研究方法、研究内容、主要观点等维度，对师范生教育顶岗实习的相关研究做一个简单的梳理和综述，以期为以后的研究提供参考和借鉴。%Post practice is a prevalent teaching practice mode widely developing in local normal college of China. It will well serve and improve rural basic education as well as practical ability of the normal college students. Moreover, it will promote the reformation of training mode in normal colleges. Extensive researches have conducted study in this field from different perspectives, mainly on the research methods, contents and main views. This paper intended to give an overview of pre-service teachers educational post practice, so as to give the helpful reference to application and similar research work.
