This paper introduces the importance of catalyst protection in reactor during the overhaul period of acrylamide workshop, analyzes reasons for the decrease of the activity of the catalyst, and proposes preventive measures, finally conducts the verification of catalyst protection effect in overhaul period.%文章介绍了丙烯酰胺车间检修期间反应器内催化剂保护的重要性，分析了催化剂活性降低的原因，并提出了防范措施，最后进行了检修期间采取保护催化剂措施的效果验证。
