我国企业对外投资的优势研究

摘要

Under the economic globalization, to realize sustainable development, the enterprises must go abroad, and carry out overseas direct investment. Since 2000, China officially proposed the strategy of"going out". China's enterprises have scale advantages, the technical comparative advantage, resource advantage, and system advantage, and the investment development is rapid. However, as the change of international economic environment, the traditional advantage of enterprise has changed. Under the background of the domestic market internationalization, the information globalization, and the resources globalization, Chinese enterprises must change the FDI advantage, and carry out international competition.%在经济全球化浪潮下，我国企业持续发展必然走出国门，开展海外直接投资。自2000年中国正式提出“走出去”的战略后，我国企业拥有规模优势、技术相对优势、资源优势、制度优势等传统海外投资优势，投资发展迅速；然而，随着国际经济环境的变化，企业曾经依赖的“传统优势”已发生改变。在国内市场国际化、信息全球化、资源全球化的新投资环境下，我国企业必须转变FDI优势，开展国际竞争。
