工业工程审核在企业中的应用研究

摘要

本文首次提出了工业工程审核的概念，分析了工业工程审核、工业工程技术、企业管理和专业工程技术之间的关系以及工业工程审核在企业中的审核流程，并结合某企业实际案例指明了企业可以通过工业工程审核，有效的提高员工的工作效率、降低企业成本和增强企业的竞争力。工业工程审核在解决目前国内企业在工业工程应用率低的问题上具有很高的理论意义和实践意义。%In this paper, the concept of industrial engineering audit is proposed for the first time, analyzing the relationship among the industrial engineering audit, industrial engineering, business management and professional engineering and technical relationship. Combined with practical cases of an enterprise, it is shown that through industrial engineering audit, the enterprise can effectively improve employee's working efficiency, reduce the cost and enhance competitiveness. Industrial engineering audit is of very high theoretical and practical significance in solving the problem of low engineering application of current domestic enterprises.
