文化强市建设视域下的市民素质提升研究

摘要

市民素质是城市文明水准、文化品位和核心竞争力的集中体现，其素质的高低直接关系着文化强市建设的进程。市民素质是人文素质、科学素质、创造素质和城市意识素质的内在统一。提高市民素质是文化强市建设的迫切要求、根本保证和追求目标。在新形势下，积极探索提升市民素质的对策是文化强市建设顺利进行的基础和先导。%Citizen quality is the concentrated reflection of city's civilization standard, cultural taste and core competitiveness, so citizen quality's level has a direct influence on the progress of construction of strongly-cultural city. Citizen quality is the inner unification of humanistic quality, scientific quality, creative quality and quality of city consciousness. Improvement of citizen quality is the urgent requirement, fundamental guarantee and goals of pursuit of construction of strongly-cultural city. Under the new situation, it is the foundation and guide of smooth construction of strongly-cultural city to actively explore the countermeasure of improving citizen quality.
