At present, expressway construction is extending rapidly, but there is lack of control and management of expressway project cost. The problem of high project cost has not been improved. This article puts forward specific cost control methods and measures for each stage of expressway construction.%当前高速公路建设迅速扩展，但对高速公路工程造价的控制、管理缺乏，工程造价过高问题没有得到改善，文章针对高速公路工程的各个环节提出了具体的造价控制方法和措施。
