浙江公路工程质量管理的影响因素及其对策

In addition to a general product quality characteristic meeting the use value and attributes, the highway engineering has specific connotation, such as reliability, safety, economic, performance, life and other common properties. For the highway construction project, one hand, we should analyze its safety, environmental protection, operation and other social efficiency, on the other hand, also should be integrated into the design, construction, maintenance, management cost and benefit, so as to choose the best overall efficiency scheme. From planning, construction to the completion and the use, its quality is the comprehensive reflection of the quality of work of each link. It experienced decision, project, design, construction, acceptance and many other areas. This paper discusses the factors affecting the Zhejiang highway engineering quality management and its countermeasures.%公路工程除具有一般产品共有的质量特性能够满足社会需要的使用价值和属性外，还具有特定的内涵，一般它都具有可靠性、安全性、经济性、性能、寿命等常见性能，公路建设项目，一方面要分析其安全、环保、运营等社会效益，另一方面还应综合考虑设计、施工、养护、管理等成本效益，从而选用综合效益最佳的方案。公路从规划、建设到竣工使用，其质量好坏是各环节工作质量的综合反映，经历了决策、立项、设计、施工、验收等诸多环节，本文主要探讨浙江公路工程质量管理的影响因素及其对策。
