针对新形势下国有企业共青团工作面临的问题，指出了国有企业共青团工作努力的方向，提出了创新国有企业共青团工作的思路。并就其具体做法以及自身的认识作了探索和实践，相对对共青团工作的开展取得一定成效。%Based on the problems of Communist Youth League (CYL) work of state-owned enterprise under the new situation, this paper points out the future direction, proposes the innovation idea for CYL work, and conducts exploration and practice of the specific practices and its own awareness, which has achieved certain results for CYL work.
