This article introduces Russia's experience in national defense science and technology industry civil-military integration and the problems in China's national defense science and technology industry, and points out the inspiration of Russia's civil-military integration experience to China.%　　本文介绍了俄罗斯国防科技工业军民融合的经验以及我国国防科技工业存在的问题，指出了俄罗斯国防科技工业军民融合对我国的启示。
